Since 2020 its going down hill and closing I thinks its going to close this Branch in this town soon.
When I first join this bank 20 +years ago as Bank One it was one of the best around, ever since Chase took over, it has gone down hill. They closed the 2nd location which was more convenient for most people. They closed the 2nd ATM which was in a local store, leaving only one in the whole town, so when it’s down, you’re screwed. Now they are closing its drive thru banking. It’s just a matter of time before they close this location all together. zero stars, we all make mistakes or have things go wrong the difference in customer service is when you try to fix it or just deny anything went wrong, a simple attempt to do the job correctly is all this is required or asked. Just a simple attempt at customer service, especially when you are in the customer service business!!!!!!
Not really satisfied with this bank. Call to see what is going on with my account and all "DeeDee" the tell can tell me is she sees the same thing I see on my mobile app. Whatever makes no sense didn't even ask me my account number nothing just simply didn't want to both with looking into things. Switching banks as we speak.
