The rudest receptionist I’ve ever encountered.
Dr Steinberg is very nice and good at what he does but the staff is not very professional at what they do especially the young African American woman receptionist and I phrase that so I don't want to come off racist, can't say anything different, she needs to learn how to address people in the right manner and with respect, I or insurance spent $4500. for work to be done and I feel if like I was taking for granted and not received the right service so I had to cancel my appointment because of that even though I had to still ... read more
My husband went to Dr Chase to correct his snoring. He paid over $700 and it never worked. It cause him constant pain. He paid $60 co pay to get it adjusted and it never corrected it. When I called to make another appointment, I am told we have to pay $60 each adjustment. It shouldn’t cause any pain and we should have to pay $60 when it never worked.
