I have been a patient of Chase Dental for about 20 years now and have never been disappointed. My recent visit was perfect. All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The service I required was completely in a very reasonable amount of time and was completed perfectly. Very happy.
The staff who did my cleaning was very courteous and nice but I think they charge more than other practices i’ve been to? Heard one of the receptionists telling off someone on the phone for missing an appointment and the receptionists next to her giggling in agreement. While logically they are correct, it was a weird experience for other customers waiting in the front to hear the lecturing.
Always pleasant and willing to help in anyway that they can. I have been using Chase Dental since they started. That alone must say something about their service ability.
Excellent Dentist's and Support staff. Call Kat to book an appointment. Friendly place.
