I had complained I had reoccurring issues of my tonsils swelling and saying I had a severe headache, he continued to tell me I just had allergies, and nothing else. Not even 5 days later I ended up in the ER with mono. I can also mention he had a resident with him where he continued to explain to me how he appreciated I was compliant with his diagnosis and that some patients don’t take his advice. Which was kind of a red flag to me.

Wait time is too long. I find it highly disrespectful to be scheduled for a 9 am appointment (the first appointment) only to be told at 9:30 that the doctor wasn’t there yet. No consideration for a parents time , for having to miss work, or the child’s time, who had to miss school. I will not be returning and I will not recommend this office.

Dr. Chase was wonderful the lady that does the scheduling needs to take a course in customer service her attitude when I called to make my appointment makes you feel like you are a bother she should not be doing the job of working with the public .

I haven't seen him yet but wanted to share how uncaring his office staff is. I called to set up my initial appointment. The lady who answered the phone asked for the first question "who is your insurance?". I asked don't you want my name first? She said " if we don't take your insurance, I don't care what your name is." After answering the rest of the questions we seemingly ended the conversation. She forgot to hang up the phone and I heard her belittling me to her co-worker.

I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Chase due to severe pain located on the right side of my face/ear area that radiates to just below my right eye. This appointment was scheduled 2.5 weeks ago and I just received an automated message saying that due to unforeseen scheduling circumstances my appointment has to be cancelled just 1.5 days before my visit. I have seen my primary physician 2 times and have been to an urgent care all the while waiting to see this specialist. Not acceptable!!!
