We recently had the pleasure of working with Chase and Jordyn when purchasing our first home. Being a first time home buyer it was intimidating at first but they did an outstanding job explaining the process and really made it easy as possible. They were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and very responsive to any questions. We looked at a few homes before finding ours and not once did we feel pressured to close a deal. If the time comes for us to sell or buy another home there’s no doubt that we will be using them again!
There are certainly many folks with real estate licenses in the state of California. Some have a grasp of the market, some only know the individual listing they might have. We had the good fortune of meeting Chase in the middle of an exhaustive search all over San Diego County looking for the right home. we must have seen 55-60 properties during our search.
