Chase Construction did an amazing job on our shed. He made it look brand new. We are very happy with the results, we highly recommend him.
We recently hired Chase Construction to completely renovate our bathroom, install a stand up shower and add an entrance to the backyard. I recently purchased a multi family in CT and one unit needed a major renovation. Mike absolutely transformed this one bedroom apartment. Mike did a major rebuild of our tri-level deck; about 830 square feet. Removed and replaced all deck surface planks with 5/4" x 4" pressure treated southern yellow pine, replaced hand railing and steps; all hidden screw fastening. Reinforced some understructure tmbers. Detailed finished cladding with white PVC panels. The job was completed on time as scheduled. Very pleased with the outcome and Mike's detail craftsman work ethic. We highly recommend Chase Contruction.
