Bought a Bob Timberlake round table from what seemed like an honest business person. Paid $1,296 including shipping, but NEVER received the table, and NEVER got a call or text. Basically STOLE the money. BEWARE OF THIS DISHONEST SCAM!!!!!
I'd give zero stars if I could. Not pleased with lack of any communication when you give them something to sell. They took my items in May and I only get the response "We haven't sold them yet" after I ask them several times. Turns out to be a flat out lie. They take your things to sell and keep your money. Don't trust them to sell your items. Most texts get no response. I'm regretting my decision to let them take my items.
We love our king bed from Chase Cole Gallery!! The delivery team did a great job and we were happy with the experience!
Going out of business. Had a good in building about a year ago. Not much good stuff left.
A disappointing experience...Poor communication and broken promises.
