Waited OVER an hour and a half for JUST an oil change and tire rotation. Stated the only had one lift rack available. Even if that is the case over waiting almost two hours for just an oil change and tire rotation is pretty wild considered it’s called “express” oil change. Very disappointed. Came in early and was one of the first few vehicles here.
Dropped the truck to fix A/C. Would take approximately 2 days. It was done in 1 day.
My key fob started acting up. I thought it might have been damaged in my luggage. Before they would sell me a new one, they wanted to know if I wanted it tested to save me some money. I got a new one anyway because I wanted a spare. The guys in the parts department were more interested in helping me than selling me something I might not need. They were just the best.
