I've been going to Chase Car Care for years - and wouldn't go anywhere else. Bill has always been fair and honest, I never question his diagnosis. I don't know a lot about cars and it is a blessing to trust his advice. The free loaner car is a bonus. And the "Office Manager" Wilson the Bassett Hound writes the best Facebook posts!
They did a good job repairing car
They are very good and care about you and your car.
Money hungry My husband took his truck there Monday for an inspection, they refused to pass him and told him they needed $1,700 to fix his struts and ball joints and that it was leaking oil. We just had it in the shop a couple weeks ago to have the brakes and rotors done so they would’ve mentioned that his truck was falling apart then.
