Chase Calhoun has recently posted a listing for new tomehomes in Jacksonville Arkansas and they are beautiful. I reached out to him about the townhouses a couple times but got no response. If these townhouses are actually legit, someone else needs to be in charge of this listing and the property and not Chase. You can't do business with someone who doesn't respond and will not answer questions about the property. He seems shady. Not sure why anyone would want him in charge of anything.
The guy will run down the value of a neighborhood in a heartbeat. Has no care in the world. One arrogant person.

But don’t worry, Chase Calhoun set the bar so incredibly low it would be almost impossible to not find a better company to work with! Chase is the landlord for rental properties in Little Rock. I don’t believe he hires even slightly honest people to work for / on his properties. His property manager is scamming people out of their deposit. She will advise you one thing over the phone then deny it and since you don’t have anything in writing, she charges you for it. Also the unit I stayed in had an air conditioner that could not keep up with the heat. On a normal day, you can expect it to be 80s inside the house.
