After 20+ years as a real estate investor, the only bad tenant I’ve ever had was the one placed by this agent. Every tenant I’ve personally screened has been solid. I expect the usual generic apology or deflection about “not doing business that way,” but the facts remain: speed and commission came before quality. I now screen my own tenants again. Lesson learned. If you're a landlord who values long-term stability over short term speed, proceed with caution.

Chase is someone I met through my wife and has become someone I trust for real estate advice. He is an honest and down to earth person which is rare in this day and age. I would recommend his real estate group!

I used to live here, and honestly, I should get an award for lasting as long as I did. The property manager, Irum, apparently thinks tenants’ apartments are her personal playground because she walked into mine while I was asleep on the couch. No notice, no permission — just vibes. I only found out she’d been in my place because she decided to message me about it later like that’s normal. Maintenance? Don’t make me laugh.
