I have been banking with Chase and I’m so so happy, they take care pretty good, but specially Samantha, she’s been there for me all the way, As a private client, Samantha make me feel valued and respected, I feel very comfortable and trusted with my financial needs. I will never change banks again. I feel very confident with them, an Samantha is so knowledgeable and she resolved all my issues.
Samantha was incredibly helpful. My original appointment at another location got canceled, and I was redirected here. Despite having her own schedule, Samantha took the time to assist me, answered all my questions, and handled everything smoothly. She truly went above and beyond. Thank you for the excellent service—I highly recommend this location if you’re in Northern Virginia.
First time walking into Chase after years of opening account online and I was amazed with the customer service. I was greeted immediately, I was assisted by a nice lady, I didn't catch her name. Had to do some transactions and the last person to assist me wws Mustafa, had some questions and he assisted me with good information and also helped me with some account changes.
