She truly went above and beyond, personally following up with me to ensure everything went through smoothly. Her exceptional customer service and dedication are rare to find. I have been banking with Chase and I’m so so happy, they take care pretty good, but specially Samantha, she’s been there for me all the way, As a private client, Samantha make me feel valued and respected, I feel very comfortable and trusted with my financial needs. First time walking into Chase after years of opening account online and I was amazed with the customer service. I was greeted immediately, I was assisted by a nice lady, I didn't catch her name. Had to do some transactions and the last person to assist me wws Mustafa, had some questions and he assisted me with good information and also helped me with some account changes. Definitely coming to this branch for any future needs! A+++++
