First time walking into Chase after years of opening account online and I was amazed with the customer service. I was greeted immediately, I was assisted by a nice lady, I didn't catch her name. Had to do some transactions and the last person to assist me wws Mustafa, had some questions and he assisted me with good information and also helped me with some account changes. Definitely coming to this branch for any future needs! A+++++

Visited this branch today while on trip from out of state, amazing experience and especially Mustafa was super kind and professional. One of the best chase branches I’ve visited.
Had appointment at 2PM, was there at 2PM and had to wait until 2:18 PM and left. Waste of my time. Employees are busy walking in the bank rather than addressing the customers needs
