Excellent service from Mike, but the bank's security leaves something to be desired. I can only deposit my money at night, and there is always a man sleeping next to the ATM, smelling of alcohol.
This is the worst bank and experience, I have ever had. I opened up a business account. The gentleman was helping me. I ran a test Payment to make sure the quick pay/ credit accept was working and it generated everything then got rejected because it was from my name. The gentleman did not tell me that but watched as I did it. Then they said it was all set. Dereck help me so much with all the apps and everything. He was very patient and kind so that I could bank on my phone. It was a huge relief. Mark is also very nice. He set up my account, always waving to me and making me feel like this town of Gloucester is a hometown. Feel like I’m living in maybury .
