Sigh. While I can't say anything bad about the staff at this specific location, my experience with Chase has just gone down the drain. I came to this branch seeking help with my finances and to say the least, help really isn't what was provided. You call the chase customer service and it's guaranteed to be the most uncomfortable, long, and difficult conversation of your life. Called them for help with submitting my credit card application and they were quick and eager to help me!
Horrible Branch recently went there to start an account for my son. Waited for over 5 minutes before anyone attempted to help me even though there were representative there chatting it up and never even attempted to inquire as to my needs. After getting the attention of a clerk, who quickly passed me on to another clerk even though I was not there for teller service.
