I guess Chase just does not want new business. Tried to open an account online and the service does not work and tells me to go to a local branch. Go to this branch and "no bankers are working to open an account". How on earth can you run a bank and rely on only a singular person to open accounts. What is Jamie Dimon thinking. You cannot trust their online services or in person services. So, why would you trust them with your money?
I bank with Chase for over 10years I normally bank in Bronx N.Y. I'm a private client and I totally trust my private client agent. He has helped me in so many way. Sigh. While I can't say anything bad about the staff at this specific location, my experience with Chase has just gone down the drain. I came to this branch seeking help with my finances and to say the least, help really isn't what was provided. You call the chase customer service and it's guaranteed to be the most uncomfortable, long, and difficult conversation of your life.
