Sigh. While I can't say anything bad about the staff at this specific location, my experience with Chase has just gone down the drain. I came to this branch seeking help with my finances and to say the least, help really isn't what was provided. You call the chase customer service and it's guaranteed to be the most uncomfortable, long, and difficult conversation of your life.
