Came in to talk about an unknown charge on my checking account. Spoke to the branch manager Kristen. Rather than just give me the phone number of the vendor that I had come in for, she offered to help me with the problem, sat down with me, through the hold, and the call. I didn't have to close the account, but did have to get a new debit card. Great new bank. The folks were attentive and cordial. Chase is a consistent bank, but their rules are unbending and somewhat predatory, so don't screw up !!

Andrea Quintero, in the Sebastopol branch, has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She’s professional and kind and has helped me figure out a convoluted situation with my family’s finances after a parent’s death. I can’t recommend her enough. Andrea has answered my questions and when she’s not sure about something, she tells me and then she finds out. She’s made this whole process so much easier.
