Came in to talk about an unknown charge on my checking account. Spoke to the branch manager Kristen. Rather than just give me the phone number of the vendor that I had come in for, she offered to help me with the problem, sat down with me, through the hold, and the call. I didn't have to close the account, but did have to get a new debit card. She rushed it, tried to install GooglePay on my phone (to cover the two days before arrival) - and it turned out my phone was too old to have the tap and pay chip. Then she offered me ... read more
Great new bank. The folks were attentive and cordial. Chase is a consistent bank, but their rules are unbending and somewhat predatory, so don't screw up !!
