Welcoming, spotless, professional, efficient, pleasant, competent, helpful, listened well. Special shout out to Sierra T and her supervisor. 8/1/26 Tried to figure out how to leave a new Google review. But it wouldn’t give me empty stars to rate. I had another Five Star experience today completing an international wire. I was greeted upon entry. Reeses was kind, competent, professional, patient. Abraham approached me to discuss the possibility of an account that would save me money. Kudos all around!
Great customer service. Warm and friendly faces. Ask for Mr. Garcia, he is knowledgeable and treats you like family.
This place is a joke. They cancel your card without notice for suspicious reasons over and over. But when you have a lot of money in your account, their is no problem. If you want an account just for direct deposit please go to another bank. This bank is for rich people and teenagers, not for blue collar American folks. They need to be investigated in my opinion.
Worst bank ever. If I could give them a 0 star , I would. They locked my card 3 times in 5 months and put me in a huge bind. They say it's for my protection but just made my bills late. I received a $9,000 Fema check and they closed my account....claiming it was to make sure the check was real. This place is a joke. Not to mention my banker can never be reached or found, so the name Chase fits this place. Take my advice Do not use this bank.
