I had a very disappointing experience at this Chase Bank location in Mechanicsville. I was assisted by a personal banker named Tyler, and the level of customer service I received was far below expectations. From the moment I walked in, Tyler appeared disengaged and unprofessional. Went into the Mechanicsville branch of Chase Bank and try to cash a small check that was drawn off of a chase account. They want to charge me $10 to cash one of their own check, ridiculous! How can I do business with a bank? They won’t cash a check this drawing off of Chase Bank will not do business with sale and will not recommend Mail anyone else
