Where do I start? Allow me to begin by saying that I had bad experiences with Truist and OMG First Citizens!! My youngest son and I had appointments with George Stevens to open a few accounts, not only was George very friendly he was understanding of my frustrations and took the time to listen to what I needed. I signed up for a promotion to deposit some money and get money back. I went into the bank to write check and my banker said to do a wire transfer but neither bank would let me link them so I just tried writing checks. They held all of the checks I wrote from my own account and said they haven’t verified them so we tried to Zelle the money and they cancelled the Zelle.
