Michael really took his time to get us set up with new accounts, new cards, and helping us learn the Chase Mobile app. Friendly staff, location is very clean, feels safe to visit and do in-person transactions.
I have been banking with chase for 52 years. I've never had a problem with them...EVER ! Today. I spoke to Michael at Morseville Branch He was very courteous and professional. This is how A bank should treat their clients. That is why I remained a Chase customer for all these years...
Lacks professional competence and common sense. Used privacy excuse to not leave a message about needing to reschedule appt. Appts were confirmed. We were greeted after waiting a while (they knew the reason for appt; on appt confirmation and vm), helped others before us, and had us wait past appt time only to tell us there wasn’t any time to help us. Furthermore, they told us that we could open HS minor accounts online, but this is not true. Terrible experience. Cornelius is where we go now.
