I was told I had to go to the heights because the lady has a meeting at 12 and it was 10:15 and she told me she could not set up my checking account all because she had a meeting in a hour and half
Opened a business account here and had the worst experience. They don’t honor what they say, the bankers know very little and have poor customer service. Will never come back.
They won’t let you withdraw or cash checks unless you have your cell phone. I walked in with my ID and Credit card and they would not let me withdraw/cash my check. I had ample funds in the account.
