I feel it’s kinda sad that you can’t cash a check issued through this bank without paying a $10 for not being a member. Doesn’t the money come out the same? Just upsetting I suppose.
I was in the Chase branch at Central and 24st w Billings MT, the other day. I had cash in hand to deposit into my wife's account who is currently in Phoenix selling our home. I am not on her account so I needed to do a deposit the old fashion way. They would not accept the cash I had in hand and informed me I had to get a money order ??? since when does a bank not accept American Green????????????????????????????? Live out of town but work in billings and was able to take care of my banking needs at this branch as if it were my home bank. Kim the branch manager was especially helpful and took care of me twice as there was an issue with the first transaction. The whole team was super pleasant, courteous and made me feel like they valued my time! Thrilled to have chase in billings!
