As a customer, I expected better service. From the moment I walked in the door, the overall experience was disappointing and uncomfortable. Serge, who was the notary, appeared uncomfortable performing the notary service, which made the experience feel unprofessional. I did not feel valued as a customer, and the level of service at the Westminster, Maryland location did not meet expectations.
We recently met with Joshua, a financial planner and had a great experience. He was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire conversation. His friendly approach made it easy to ask questions and understand our options. The branch itself is conveniently located, and the atmosphere feels warm, clean, and cozy, which made the visit even more pleasant.
