Great Customer Service ! The workers politely greeted me and were very considerate during our conversation. They were fast in helping me make my transaction, and the communication was great, I highly recommend the location ! ❤️❤️❤️
I wish this was better location because it is so local. The drive up ATM hasn’t worked in over 2 months and there’s no sign stating it’s out of order. I’ve gone inside to let them know and they did my deposit in person. A simple deposit took 3 staff members and around 20 mins and then another 10 mins of them trying to sell me an account. I just wanted to make a CC payment and continue with my day.
Poor service. I get that new businesses require training for new hires but it has been 11 months and they still cant get people trained to do simple stuff? I went in to check an email to see if it was phishing or not and the lady at the front desk was getting trained and told me to wait for the other employee to finish with his client. In the meantime, 2 other men who looked like they were training were sitting in their office which again I get that training takes time but as simple as whether an email was phishing or not sh... read more
I like Chase as a bank but this location is just not good. Me and my wife went in as soon as they opened today with 5 people working and the clerk lady said no one can help us for 45 minutes. No customers other than us in the building with 5 associates that won't help us open a third account which would take maybe ten minutes, really? I've had 1 helpful visit in the last 5. If you need an ATM go here. If you need a person to help you, go to a different location.
Was a little rough in the beginning but Jordan definitely made it 100% better.
