I stopped by this Chase branch this evening, and everyone was very friendly! I was greeted when I walked in the door, and Aziza was extremely helpful and kind while helping me deposit my check! As she assisted others in front of me in line, I noticed her 10/10 customer service right away. She definitely deserves a raise and all the recognition!
Fewer and fewer atms and now you pull this crap. You have the card reader like the atm is accessible after hours. Wasted drive.
