I met with Bobby to set up 2 different accounts. He was courteous and informative. He did not try to rush us out and was extremely helpful. There are a lot of banks to do business with but I would highly recommend Chase Bank.

It’s unfortunate that I had to leave a review like this. After multiple attempts at communicating with the team in Milford branch. I have had no success with getting my account straightened out. I was lied to and mislead every step of the way when opening my business account with them. The banker told me my account was fine and after I deposited thousands of dollars my account was frozen and ultimately closed. I’ve been calling for 3 weeks and no returned calls. Chase do better you’re going to charge me 10$ to cash a check from your bank and then not even give me a receipt for the charge I’m disappointed and 10$!! To cash your check at your bank that messed up robbery if you ask me. But that’s what you banks do charge us fees whenever and wherever you can.

Tried to cash a check that was written to me. It was a chase check. I was told they don’t cash checks. Chase told me they wouldn’t cash a chase check. I thought this was a bank but turns out it’s just a scam.
