I have always received exceptional service at Chase Bank whenever I visited one of their branches. The staff at Chase Bank in Milford, MA are professional & friendly. The staff here cares about providing the best service to their customers and patiently answers any questions you may have. I highly recommend Chase Bank.
Always polite, nice quick service. Never had a single issue. The ATMs always work too. I know only weirdos write good reviews for banks on Google, but hey, you're a weirdo for reading bank reviews on Google Anyway, good bank. Would recommend.
As usual the bank is busy but once I walk in one of the employees will ask me if I need assistance so I never have to wait! . The employee are always positive and if you open up a new account with a 500$ they will add 300$ in 30 days for opening up a bank account with them and no fee with a direct deposit account! I met with Bobby to set up 2 different accounts. He was courteous and informative. He did not try to rush us out and was extremely helpful. There are a lot of banks to do business with but I would highly recommend Chase Bank.
