My wife and I came in to merge bank accounts and Ryan, the branch manager, was very kind and helpful! We not only discussed what we primarily came in for, but he also helped us navigate the Chase app features and discussed future goals - buying a home, retirement, etc. and the specific products and services Chase has to help us achieve those. We will be back when we’re ready to take the next step - pre-approval!
Banking is entirely too competitive to have such poor customer service. I can make more money. I can't make more time. So quit wasting my time. It took entirely too long to get checked in. Only to be told there are customers ahead of me. When I walked in I was the only customer there. This location offers nothing you can't get elsewhere. I suggest considering other banks or branches. This one is horrible.
Went in to get something notarized. Was told to wait 5 minutes to be helped. Waited 20. Lady then comes out saying it would be another 30 minutes. Complete disregard for customers time. Reason for the delay.. 1 was on a zoom meeting and the other on the phone.
Terrible bank!!!!! Constantly locked my account!!! Won’t unlock over phone anymore and closest bank is over an hour away.
