Beware of this credit card! When I opened a Sapphire card, they promised me 75,000 bonus points. I followed every condition, used the card properly. But later, they told me I didn’t qualify for the program, and I wouldn’t get the points. This is deception and a broken promise! I trusted their word, and all I got was empty excuses. People, stay away! They are liars, they deceive you!
Always love coming here. There's a security guard onsite, right when you enter. Someone is always quick to greet you with a smile and introduce themselves. Recently was helped with depositing checks and the kind lady helped me do it the old fashioned way, but she did educate me on the ability to deposit via the app or ATM as well. So many new things for convenience:)
Great bank to go to! Very friendly staff! They also have a couple of ATMs that are capable of producing $1, $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100 bills. Very convenient!
They put holds on every card processing transaction to make sure every day is filled is headaches and bills do not get paid. Cant express how much i hate this bank. Avoid chase for business banking.
