Been here twice and both times the ATM was broken. The second time I went inside and that one was broken too. Then the guy behind the counter took forever to figure out how to get cash out and acted like I asked him to do brain surgery. I just wanted to take out $60. Go somewhere else if you can.
I have been a Chase Bank customer for many years, because of the number of ATMs they have across the US. My former profession required weekly travel and I frequently had to find ATMs during non-business hours. The Chase Bank in Edwardsville, IL removed the stand alone ATM they had operated in a central location near a major shopping center. The ATM at the bank has been frequently out of service in the past and has not worked for the past two months. I was treated kindly. All the staff are excellent.
