Got a call from their number and they hung uo immediately. Dont call me.
Went in to change my checking to a college student account Justin was very helpful and talked about opening a credit card and recommended a chase freedom rise. A week later I called back for information on the card and Terrance was unhelpful and seemed like he did not want to be on the phone and provide useful information since I was exploring my credit options - there was a clear attitude right off the bat. Two different experiences Terrance needs to learn how to be more helpful.
