Went in to change my checking to a college student account Justin was very helpful and talked about opening a credit card and recommended a chase freedom rise. A week later I called back for information on the card and Terrance was unhelpful and seemed like he did not want to be on the phone and provide useful information since I was exploring my credit options - there was a clear attitude right off the bat. Two different experiences Terrance needs to learn how to be more helpful.

I came in visiting from out of state. The staff here was extremely friendly and welcoming. I came in inquiring about opening a new checking account. I was helped by a gentleman named Jonathan whom was extremely professional and made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly. If you need an ATM, perfect location. If you need teller services, please expect to wait. The way they operate is so weird. You walk in and there's consistently 4-5 employees sitting or hanging around the lobby. One will greet you, ask what you need and if it involves the teller, you'll go stand in line. They only ever have 1 teller working so it's hit or miss on how long it'll take for you to get out of there's a line.
