I love everything about this bank. They treat me well and make sure everything good before I leave
I usually love Chase bank. But the last time I came to this location I needed one signature by a Notary. When I asked for this I was told that the Notary Ms. Natalie, was in the back but had clocked out and started her lunch so I should come back in an hour. I get being on lunch But really? For one simple signature? All she had to do was look at my ID confirm it’s me, watch me sign the document and then she would sign and put her Notary information.
