I was at the bank at 4:15 and there were 45 minutes left of work. The employees were great. One of them was an Arab. He was very great and followed up, but the manager did not like that and said, “We close at 5:00 and we cannot help you.” The employees are great, but the manager did not provide the required service. 45 minutes is not enough. What kind of manager is this? The employees are great, but the manager does not deserve any marks.
I can speak for other people who seem to not have received good service, but I had a credit card dispute in which I completed the form and attached my evidence and brought it here to fax for free. It was super quick and easy. No complaints at all.
I had a wonderful experience with Chase Bank! When I walked in, I was greeted promptly by Karina. She was professional, polite, and very empathetic. I was having difficulty with login issues and she took the time with me and got me all squared away. I definitely will be back and continue all of my banking activities with them.
