I don’t think I have ever gone into a bank and been treated as dismissively as I was on my trip to this branch. I came in to speak with a banker regarding a hold on a deposit and the gentleman that tended to me (shorter, well built gentleman who’s name I believe was Jordan), while nice overall, seemed far more concerned about getting me out of the bank than actually allowing me to speak with a banker to address my issue. Justin Brantley is the best. Tried everything he could do to help in a certain situation and wouldn’t rest until he could find a resolution. Chase, hold that guy tight. I’ve never dealt with a better banker in my life. Wow. 5 stars.
Don't recommend NEVER answers the phone, RUDE and depressed staff and "Manager" lady doesn't seem nice or helpful asked for simple things to be done NO ANSWERS. The people in the lobby area looked bored and confused and went to Teller she seemed bored and didn't look to happy to be there
They always freeze ur account. They take several days to verify a check. I would not suggest chase to my enemies. It’s been a horrible experience. The customer service don’t speak English well so they can’t help so don’t waste ur time or money with this bank.
