So all the negative comments here seem to be erroneous due to bad attitude or clearly just self centered mindset and just simply not understanding the world doesn't revolve around you. Ive been going to this branch since they opened. Always welcomed by multiple staff members when i walk in. Only time I was not happy with them was once the atm was closed for a couple day's. Tried to transact, teller told me to open account at citizens bank because chase bank was closing soon. The staff is disgustingly unhelpeluful. The walk in getting girls are nothing but wallpaper they couldnt care less about what is happening to customers. Cancelled and moved my account today because of how unprofessional they were.
Not a good service of hall reception or female manager . Not like another guy who last time treated a good service of my credit card issue. He is the best and nice guy. The female said they can't do it for me with my credit card issue, just let me call card company, even not do anything. So weird, really don't wanna get any service from chase bank, I will close all accounts of chase bank soon.
