They were great . They were so busy but still made me appointment an answer all my questions
I was there for 45 min but there was no one available to help me. One lady was there who literally said that she wont be able to help me from the time i entered the bank. 45 min before the bank closes. This is what they call the customer services? Never ever seen the pathetic service and rude staff.
To be fair this review has nothing to do with this branch at all, in fact I've never set foot through the door. However it is hard to leave a review that's going to be seen anywhere but with a local branch listing. I signed up for their merchant services - what a mistake. The rate was great but the service was god-awful. In the end I closed after a month I won't list the frustrations I don't want this review to go on as long as it could. I went there and cannot express my gratitude enough. The branch was extremely helpful and I try to go by whenever I am in the area.
