I had a financial dilemma I was trying to work out on my own, but I wasn't having much luck. So I discussed my issue with the bank manager/ officer, John Mullen. Thanks to his time, patience and knowledge he was able to help solve my issue. I was very satisfied with the customer service I received from the employees at this branch. I would definitely recommend this Chase Bank.

So all the negative comments here seem to be erroneous due to bad attitude or clearly just self centered mindset and just simply not understanding the world doesn't revolve around you. Ive been going to this branch since they opened. Always welcomed by multiple staff members when i walk in. Only time I was not happy with them was once the atm was closed for a couple day's.
