I have both business and personal checking accounts with Chase. I've found the online interface complicated and time consuming doing simple things, like trying to send a check to someone. The local branch staff is often clueless about how to solve problems and not helpful in figuring them out. The telephone support is among the worst, with long hold times and agents who don't seem very knowledgeable and then have to pass you along to another agent. I'm leaving Chase to go to a local bank today.
