UPDATE: Finally was able to schedule an appointment and get everything taken care of. Took longer than expected, but willing to give them another chance. We'll see how it goes! Very friendly employees who joke with you and give you the best advice on how to go about managing your account!
Horrible location along with the staff is rude and condescending. Looks like I’m not the only one by the reviews here that maaaaybe corporate should take a look into this branch.
Never available to help with any banking needs. No one ever in there but every time you ask for help they’re booked for the entire day. Terrible customer service
