Everyone is so polite!!! My banker Sara, the branch manager Randy, Olivia are so polite, professional and courteous.
Teller was fine, manager was completely worthless. She couldn't even explain why things were the way Chase has them. If you can't explain the policies and procedures, you shouldn't be in charge.
I am writing this post after my third unsuccessful attempt to conduct business at this location today. Two of those times there were four or more people in line and no one decided to step over and help the SINGLE teller assisting customers. One person’s job appears to be simply to decide whether your business can be conducted at the indoor ATM or if you need assistance… because apparently this is too complicated a task for individuals to handle.
