Always quick and friendly service here.
Parking is not the best and most times when I go there I can't find a spot so you have to park illegally or at least not in a designated spot, but the staff are so helpful and anytime there's a line the staff jump in to try to help.
Great that we finally got a branch in LKWD, but they put in the smallest pocket-sized branch for a city of 50k... and then can't understand why it's packed, can't get through on the phone, intermittent ability to notarize, need to make an appointment for most things. Folks are nice, if you can get to them, but seems like super poor planning on Chase's part - a small part of me wonders if ticking lots of folks off by the illusion of service is worse than just having 2-3 ATMs?
