I had a great experience at Chase in Lakewood today! Yelissa was on the teller line and I was clearly flustered because I couldn’t find what I needed, she helped me and made my transaction so easy! Grateful for her thoughtfulness!
Went to open a new account. Only 2 tellers and 8 people in line. I wait my turn, and then when I get to the window I'm told they can't make me an account today. After waiting a half hour for nothing. Had to go to another branch and got it opened no problem.
Have been banking with these guys for a few months now. Always super helpful and there when you need anything. Thanks for everything guys!
Long lines, only two tellers ??? And half the time there’s only one teller… I just don’t understand. Such an inconvenience to customers
I switched my banking over to Chase Bank a few years ago and I have been very pleased. About 6 months ago I opened a new business account at the Lakewood branch. Everybody seems thoughtful and wanting to help there but I have to say especially Mike Sullivan. He has gone above and beyond in being helpful to me and as a first time new business owner it is very much appreciated.
