Long time BoA customer, Recently switched to Chase and I’m pleased!!
Tried to contact “Preferred Member” account representative to get some help on a business matter, tried for over 30min, tried direct calling the branch office. I got rerouted to customer support which also was unable to reach the branch office. The branch has been reaching out to me for months to start using Chase for long term investments.
