I walked into Chase this morning with a complex situation and was feeling overwhelmed, but Dean, Dilisha, and Priscilla immediately put me at ease. They listened patiently, asked the right questions, and worked together to find a solution that exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, knowledge, and kindness truly stood out. I left feeling supported, understood, and grateful for their help. Huge thanks to this incredible team at Chase for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience.
What happened to traditional baking? Go into a branch and have a transaction with the tellers? You will not find that at this branch. Very poor customer service here. I was greeted by a woman that came out of an office and there was already 3 people waiting in the lobby. She made you wait said she was already working on something? Not sure what but it wasn’t anyone who was waiting… She seemed very scatterbrained and flustered. Would not recommend this branch. Not for a quick pop in to get money.
Went to this location two months ago for the first time to make a payment. There was a young man who greeted me as I entered and asked how he could help me, and I stated I was there to make a credit card payment. He said to wait in line, and someone would be able to help me in a minute. He ended up opening the second window and helped me when the other teller was taking a while with the customer they were helping already. They are so friendly and helpful here.
Met with Dean today for a withdrawal and deposit into my business accounts and he was absolutely excellent! He was friendly, patient and respectful of my time. I can't remember the last time I actually visited a branch but I sure don't remember it being this friendly. Great first impression of my Chase experience.
