Terrible appointment timing. They made me wait an additional 30 minutes for an appointment at 4 PM and when I needed a few minutes to arrive they wouldn’t wait.
I am not really sure what happened to this location, but customer service went downhill. It seems all they are trying to do is to find a way to charge a fee. I went in to get an over the counter check to purchase a car and guess what, there is a fee, then I asked for a cashiers check there is also a fee, then I said I will come back tomorrow for cash. What happened to traditional banking ? Go into a branch and have a transaction with the tellers? You will not find that at this branch. Very poor customer service here. I was greeted by a woman that came out of an office and there was already 3 people waiting in the lobby. She made you wait said she was already working on something? She seemed very scatterbrained and flustered. Would not recommend this branch. Not for a quick pop in to get money.
