People going to branches for expedited service experiences and these guys failed to provide it. Waited more than 20 minutes when there are clearly plenty of people chit chatting. When I'm out of time and patience getting up leaving they act all innocent and asked us to stay and waste more time. I won't entertain this foolishness and kept walking out. You people have a job because of us, the customers. The coming of AI and digital age should be phasing out these lazy ones without other reasons to firing them.
