The tellers are very friendly, but the manager, Ms. Acosta, was extremely rude and dismissive. I explained that money was still being withdrawn from my account after I had asked the bank to block a recurring payment, and she showed no concern. When I mentioned closing my account, she loudly said, “So? Want me to close both?” When I asked her to lower her voice, she replied even louder, “That’s how I talk.” Very unprofessional.
