I came here to exchange USD for Japanese yen for my upcoming vacation to Japan. It was ordered extremely fast (about 1 day) and staff were very knowledgeable about both the exchange rate, especially Jocelyn! Everyone was very polite and made sure I had all my questions answered!

I’ve been coming here for over 15 years I couldn’t cash an endorsed check. They told me I needed to have the person with me to cash a check that it was a new policy they have applied. To verify my suspicions because I felt as though I was being targeted against I called Chase Bank only to be told that is at the tellers discretion- or at the bankers and I found out what I hoped wasn’t the case- I was being discriminated against although I have already made my formal complaint to Chase.
