Went to open an account and they said we needed an appointment
My main problem is not allowing access to ATMs after 10:00 p.m. to my understanding this is done because of homeless people using the space to sleep overnight. Chase Bank needs to figure it out because this is not a convenient way of accessing my account. There's been so many times that I needed to get access to ATM and could not because of the door being locked. It's gotten to the point where I'm going to close my account to go find another bank .
