Easy access bank. Love Aayushi to work with. She’s to the point and reliable. Will be keeping this bank only for her.
Where do I begin? How about an account manager that goes on vacation leaving no explanation in the middle of a transaction. After a week of leaving messages with no response, I stopped in to handle a simple matter. And the clueless Branch Manger offers no help. Instead suggests I try another bank. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad that she didn't even know that there's another Chase nearby. It gets better. Not so friendly workers and don't know what they doing, each one of them not following the same guidelines, just telling the customer what they want to hear and at the end customers going thru problems and wasting time at the bank, I would never recommend anyone anymore to open with Chase
