Walked in at opening. Customers sitting in middle and not a single person in an office. Left immediately
When I stopped by the assistants helped me navigate the Chase app properly with options. This was a quick experience as well.
We had a fast wire transaction to make for a house closing and they took care of us right away! They were so friendly, bank manager approved it on the spot, and such a pleasant staff - all preparing a celebration for a colleague. We left the bank, went to our closing, and the money was already there! Zachary Gleason was in training and did really well and Barrett White supported him with instantaneous approval! We will always use this branch!!! Pictured is our new condo!
Impossible location to get anyone to assist, seem to be people sitting in offices but never anyone available, looks like only one person actually meets with customers and the others just watch. Better location is corner of Parham and Staples Mill, the Chamberlayne location never has anyone available and are unresponsive to emails, if you want help here you are better off asking the ATM.
