He tried to make another attempt and it said the machine has an Error. The teller at the window said if there machine declined it they couldn't help my husband. So he tried to use the machine again and it worked. He said see it worked. They didn't want to admit that there was a problem with that machine. I had an awful experience with the Branch manager at this location. My sisters husband had just died. We came in to cash bonds and make deposits. As executor to his estate, I did the communicating. The Branch manager was vile. He would not speak with me though I had the official documents from will and probate court. Not only did he direct me to cashing the bonds on line myself, he was rude and insulting.
