First I want to say I have always had a great experience at bank, for personal and business accounts, but I would never visit this branch specifically again. Horrible customer service. I walk in at 4:10pm and they have 6 team members sitting on the couches. I need change for my new business and there is no effort to complete my order. They send me to the ATM, which doesn’t end up working and the person who I think was the manager was so rude.
