Love this new branch. They have great customer service and go above and beyond to help out their customers.
Very friendly and helpful
I went to this branch to open an CD account for my spouse, as we were unable to do online. It was a walk-in, and they accommodated us. Also, they helped her to choose best credit card to build credit with no income. We were extremely happy with the service.
This branch doesn’t seem to want to open accounts for certain types of people, they will find every reason to not open it, don’t waste your time.
I’m not sure where the negative reviews are coming from but I was overwhelmed with service. I was greeted on arrival and offered something to drink; when did banks start doing that. My wife started with Israel, and I came back to get on the account with Jackie. Both were incredible. I haven’t experienced customer service like that in years. I would highly recommend this branch if you’re new to the area. I’m going back to open a 2 MONTH CD paying 5%!
