Santiago was an amazing help. I absolutely recommend this location.
Sold my car and deposited a cashiers check for $28,000 with verified funds, Chase held the check for 10 days. I made countless attempts to take the hold off. The issuing bank was more than helpful to provide proof of funds yet Chase did not seem to care. Out $28,000 for 10 days. 20 years with Chase, I will be closing my Chase accounts this week and telling anyone I know to stay away from them.
They were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. I was helped very quickly at the counter and it was a very pleasant experience.
