This branch sucks. I came here two times and cannot do a simple thing like adding my wife to my account. Apparently their banker is fully booked. I rather put my money into another bank.
A myriad of bad training, terribly complex IT systems that are out of sync leave customer service level employees with an inability to allow you to move funds out. If you have a parent, or grandparent that banks with Chase, I would recommend you talk to them about moving their accounts elsewhere. After four total visits and about 6 man hours across two branches I failed to get them to take the action I requested despite having all the documentation needed. This bank sucks. Like really sucks. Had a wonderful customer experience at the chase bank - Tuscaloosa with all the banking staffs especially Jasmine. She's was very helpful, resourceful and gave me all the information and assistance I needed to set-up a checking and saving acc and was really nice!
Very bad costumer service I was trying to make a deposit and took me 3 hours there was only one window open with 3 employees working with two of them just chatting and one at the window with 4 other customers waiting including me very bad service. I went into the bank Wednesday, around 4:55, to cash my check from work. Upon doing so, the bank teller( a Hispanic guy ) told me I couldn’t cash my check and that he couldn’t disclose why. Now, I have an account with Chase, and when I looked at my check from work, it has Chase on it. So I start eliminating factors on why he wouldn’t be able to cash my check and the last factor I couldn’t eliminate was that I was being racially profiled.
