Initially 1 star- but Aliyah saved the day as she was super nice and friendly. She told me that the other teller was in lunch and apologized for the inconvenience. Busy branch with 4-5 bankers but only 1 teller. Why? Line was 7 -10 people deep. Customers leave when they walked in because the line was to long. I’m typing this as I wait.
Was at the back of a long line and Jordan heard me asking questions. I sat down with him and he answered everything I needed to know.
