I love Chase Alot But its unfair that I have to drive from Fayetteville to Raliegh which is one hour almost 2 hours with traffic and its unfair been a loyal member for almost 10 years please Chase open one by Fayetteville North Carolina . This so unconvient Im from New York City and this a shame plus its alot of gas money to drive there and traffic
As a middle aged adult, when I walk into my financial institution, I expect to be addressed as "sir", not "BUDDY". I am a customer, not your buddy, which is condescending. Also, train your staff to address their CUSTOMER by their last names, Mr/Ms/Mrs. These people lack basic respect. Once you build a rapport with a specific customer if they allow you to refer to them on a first name basis, or by your chosen nickname, ie [Buddy] then perhaps this casual behavior might be acceptable.
