My mother recently passed and I am going through the probate process in calling the Capital Blvd branch JORDAN proceeded to talk over me, so disrespectfully, as I was speaking trying to retrieve the answers to my questions. I visited the Capital Blvd Branch to setup my account and do the account related works. I was greeted by Mr Dakota Evans-Boyajian who dealt with my problem. He offered me help and finished my work within 10 minutes. It was an absolutely pleasing experience. I never thought that it will be so fast and accurate. He was knowledgeable about the banking product. Nonetheless, Dakota has impressive customer facing skills. The young man has an awesome personality and is very warm with clients. I am happy to be a Chase Bank customer.
