Being an international… it takes a lot of patience for bankers to deal with my paperwork and getting accounts & checks created but Justin and the team has been super helpful online and offline to help me get settled. The team is super kind and warm, making sure everyone is greeted and taken care of. Though the process is always painful wherever you go being an expat, the team at least made the experience manageable!!
I opened a chase checkings account and was due to receive $300 checking bonus upon qualifying direct deposit- I contacted Chase after 15 days of completing the requirements and was told I do not qualify as I am not a new customer, I emphasized and told them this is my first checkings account with Chase, I made Chase calls 4 times the last 4 weeks to follow up and I asked them to send the information about the Chase checkings account I apparently own previously, they said we will not respond on this matter as this case is clo... read more
