Terrible experience at Chase in Cary, NC. I scheduled a notary appointment well in advance, arrived on time, and informed Manager Duke Kelsey of my reason. He flatly refused to notarize my documents—offering only a vague “Chase policy” excuse without any documentation or escalation offered. Not only was this unprofessional, it wasted my time and showed a shocking lack of transparency. I arrived a bit after 12 pm today Saturday... and the teller finesse me out of leaving by creating excuses why I could not open my business account today. There was one person being serviced before me. She told me my husband had to be there. When I told her could arrive shorty. We live down the street. Then she said they're closing at 1pm. What does that have to do with anything. First my husband had to be there, now you're closing in 40 minutes so not today. Called this branch 8 times trying to get a rep and all 8 times nobody answered and the call ended, yes it was open. Pathetic
