I have banked with Chase for decades and they have helped me on various occasions when a notary was needed. We recently got a virtual mailbox to help with privacy for our business (business account is also with Chase) and there is a USPS document we have to sign. Worst service you could get. After I took a considerable amount of cash to deposit and open my account and all other requirements they told me they could not open my bank account because I was not US Citizen. Even that I was in the process they did not care about that nor did they tell me when they asked me for all of the requirements. 2 days wasted for nothing and when I left the Manager went out to my car and told me "if you would have told us you were US Citizen we would have opened the account for you with no issues" Thi... read more
Great service when I have been here.
I have a car loan with this bank. I asked for a deferment. The person asked a series of questions. I informed them I need 30 days. They told me "No"! No reason no explanation this was the 2nd time in 5 yrs I asked for one. I was told no then also. I would not recommend anyone get a loan from them. #Chasebank #left #sad
