Tyrell was super friendly and helpful. Got two cashiers checks fast with no problems.
There is a worker that tells all her clients (at least all the male clients) about her instagram. Someone had already mentioned it but i did not believe it. I think it is pretty obvious who this lady is once you go into Chase. I find this very unprofessional but I wonder if this is one of the reasons for the downvotes especially since many of these men are also married or have girlfriends. Not bad at all got what i needed in good time and great service.
Chase over the years really became a 3rd class bank. Couldn't explain me a fee they took..just gave be general phone # and they had 0 knowledge either. Forget the international banking...clueless.
