Great customer service, I came here 02/21/25 and 02/22/25, very friendly
Staff at this branch is useless. Been here multiple times and they could not help so I had to go to Manhattan where they were happy to help right away even if they are closing soon. Also this branch should be open until 5pm on Saturday’s and until 1pm on Sundays. Queens residents hardly work same hours as the branch does. We would be more thank happy to do our business online but the Chase website keep sending us to the branch for any request. Being a senior of 86 years, it’s wonderful to meet someone like branch manager Mr. Tilak Raj. When I needed to have something done at the bank, he made it happen. His kindness and professionalism makes going to Chase bank a wonderful experience and a must go to bank.
