Horrible branch! The branch managers/supervisors and representatives need to all get trained on how to do their jobs properly. I don’t know what is it that they don’t understand; they don’t read properly; they just don’t want to work but just stand around and talk amongst themselves. I had a really disappointing experience at this branch in Sunnyside today. This is now the second branch experience that has left me frustrated, and at this point I don’t blame the individual employees as much as I blame the larger corporate structure behind them. The reality is that many of the frontline employees are trying their best, but they seem understaffed, unsupported, and spread too thin. Wonderfully efficient manager Yolanda walks the floor constantly greeting ppl with her smile and coordinates activities with her staff. She and her staff cannot do enough for you. Be kind-- this is a busy branch with large local population. Yolanda has her community always in mind. Not an easy job
The employees that are “ floating” , helping various customers at the same time, end up being very unhelpful. They disappear. Sometimes the say “ I will be back” and are gone for good. It is a very bad system
