We walked into this branch and made an appointment to open a new account at around 11:20 AM. There was no one ahead of us as walk-in customers. Around 11:45 AM, we were told that the previous client would be finished in about five minutes, so a banker would be available soon. The staff also mentioned that customers with 12:00 PM appointments would be arriving. However, I only saw one party arrive for a 12:00 PM appointment. I needed to a bank check and I had a bad experience at this bank. The wait time was too long, and there was no clear communication from assistant bank manager and the staff. They need to improve their service.
Pesimo servicio, te recibe una señora con la mejor sonrisa y despues te pone a esperar entre 30min-45min solamente para imprimir un documento que con otros bancos tu podrias obtener en 1 minuto online, este branch esta ubicado en un lugar comercial donde la mayoria de personas quieren hacer sus tramites de manera express, entiendo que abrir cuentas tarda bastante, pero para solicitar un documento media hora? ridiculo, y antes la señora aconseja venir mas tarde como si uno estuviera de vacaciones, decepcionante servicio.
