The employees that are “ floating” , helping various customers at the same time, end up being very unhelpful. They disappear. Sometimes the say “ I will be back” and are gone for good. It is a very bad system

No one acknowledged me, no one explained the delay, and there was no basic customer care. One staff member told me she would come back to help me, but she never returned. It is very slow bank. That’s not like in New York.if you in rush, try not to go there.
This is ridiculous slow, there is 4 window open, and I need to wait for 15 minutes. And I just made a payment for one account. I possibly be paying for three account and I’m making payment only for one is take 10 minutes. I know outside of weather is nice, but doesn’t mean you need to everybody ask me the same question I love the weather. The weather is so good.
