Really really wish no stars was an option. Honestly just all around irritating and a waste of time. I switched to Chase three years ago or so specifically because from what they helped me understand, if ever something happened (like me losing my job) and my account did not have enough in it, they would not overdraw the account but would instead decline the purchase.
