Wow! What a beautiful and precious experience I had yesterday! I had an appointment to take care of what I thought I needed, and Andreas made sure, everything was taken care of for me as I walk through this very difficult but empowering time in my life. Thank you to this branch, the manager for having such an amazing employee, and Andreas! I walked away feeling joyful, strong, and most of all, cared for.
Visited this location because it was the highest rated in the area. Had to wait a few mins to be seen but the banker (Madison) was very helpful and explained everything throughly!

Unfortunately I was flipped off by the manager after no resolution in dealing with two phone customer service agents in the Phillipines. Dude you are accountable for your actions. The fact that I was waiting inside the bank to meet with a manager did not seem to grasp that not only would they not fix the problem but that he seemed to imply that that I had caused the internal mistake.
