0 stars. Tried 3 different times to get added to my family members account. First 2 times, instructions were withheld or not explained completely to get the job done next time, always missing information. Third time, unable to take my scheduled appt and too busy to call me and say the appt was canceled. If you don't have enough agents to add owners to accounts, probably should expand access and training to the tellers. Wasted my family's time 3 times.
Durga was patient and friendly for one high matinance customer. Security was joyous
Don’t waste your time coming to this bank had an appointment at 3:00 I showed up 5 minutes early I wasn’t greeted waited 30 minutes while others with no appointment were getting helped and I was ignored even after letting them know I had an appointment I guess you have to be a business person to be greeted and helped what a waste of time. 👎
