After 14 years, they suddenly locked my online mortgage account. They won’t accept my phone number for verification, the same number I’ve used for 20 years. I provided my password, PIN, account number, last four of my Social Security, username, and cell number, and it’s still not enough for them to unlock it. They still claim they can’t verify it’s me. At this point, it feels excessive. Are they worried someone’s going to hack in just to pay my mortgage? Extremely poor customer service.

I called around to see which bank was able to squeeze me and luckily Kenyatti stayed there was a sooner appt available. So I rushed to downtown from Suffolk. Once there Kenyatti was super nice and his smile made it feel so welcoming. I met with Ms. Kendra Hayes and she was able to answer all my questions and concerns that I had. She was so patient and even followed up with me the following day! Recently had an issue and immediately I call Ms. Hayes. There is a particular banker at this branch named Kenyatti who provides impeccable service each time I visit. He is knowledgeable of his products, patient in explaining and makes an effort to propose alternative solutions for your banking needs. He also recognises your urgency and expedites your process wherever possible instead of giving textbook replies about being sorry for keeping you waiting
