I switched from Langley a few months ago after consistent issues and app outages making life more stressful then necessary. The ease of use of Chase apps has been consistent and have experienced no issues with deposits or withdrawals. Met with Matthew at the Granby location and he was very nice and professional. Not a lot of service for online. A lot of store don’t accept Chase. DTLR- Food Lion no cash back must go to Walmart. Direct Deposit comes late. One color card selection. Looking for another back. Scare to put all my money in this bank bc no here in Hampton Roads VA to help.
