I called around to see which bank was able to squeeze me and luckily Kenyatti stayed there was a sooner appt available. So I rushed to downtown from Suffolk. Once there Kenyatti was super nice and his smile made it feel so welcoming. I met with Ms. Kendra Hayes and she was able to answer all my questions and concerns that I had. There is a particular banker at this branch named Kenyatti who provides impeccable service each time I visit. He is knowledgeable of his products, patient in explaining and makes an effort to propose alternative solutions for your banking needs. He also recognises your urgency and expedites your process wherever possible instead of giving textbook replies about being sorry for keeping you waiting

I switched from Langley a few months ago after consistent issues and app outages making life more stressful then necessary. The ease of use of Chase apps has been consistent and have experienced no issues with deposits or withdrawals. Met with Matthew at the Granby location and he was very nice and professional. Wasn’t able to complete what was needed at no fault of the bank but still a good experience. I’d recommend.
