I called around to see which bank was able to squeeze me and luckily Kenyatti stayed there was a sooner appt available. So I rushed to downtown from Suffolk. Once there Kenyatti was super nice and his smile made it feel so welcoming. I met with Ms. Kendra Hayes and she was able to answer all my questions and concerns that I had. He is knowledgeable of his products, patient in explaining and makes an effort to propose alternative solutions for your banking needs. He also recognises your urgency and expedites your process wherever possible instead of giving textbook replies about being sorry for keeping you waiting
