After reading other reviews, Im glad Im not alone on them not answering the phones. It will ring and then say they’re busy with other costumers on the phone and to try calling again. Why even lie & put that if you actually don’t answer the phone? And why don’t you answer the phone? It’s actually really weird for a bank to not be available to its clients. Also, whenever you walk in for assistance everyone just looks at you like youre insane for going inside the bank.

Staff was not helpful said they had NO manager or other people there to answer my questions Horrible experience don't have people in lobby if no one knows how to answer questions all they do is repeat my question and have to go ask someone else for answers ridiculous Needs better staff and speedy service Also ATM in drive up window always out of cash or never works
No one answer the phone. Been in three times to ask to open an account to no avail, turned away with hours still left before they close. Well, I will not be opening a new account and I will be switching my credit card with them as well to a competitor. I suppose they do not want customers at this business, others say the same. I went last week to make debit card for my son 2 times in one day they don’t have costumers and nobody want do any thing I’m stay more than 2 hours with nothing It’s very bad stuff
