John Magers was wonderful to work with when opening my business account at Chase. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for excellent customer service and support with their banking needs.
Opened acct a year ago because Bank of America is closing so many branches. All positive experiences. Always greeted by someone at the door, with John M going above and beyond. Some have commented about phone or walk in issues. They are a small branch, so unless doing a transaction with a teller, it is best to set an appointment, which can be scheduled on their website.

The staff don’t know how to handle customer, I never had a good experience
After reading other reviews, Im glad Im not alone on them not answering the phones. It will ring and then say they’re busy with other costumers on the phone and to try calling again. Why even lie & put that if you actually don’t answer the phone? And why don’t you answer the phone? It’s actually really weird for a bank to not be available to its clients. Also, whenever you walk in for assistance everyone just looks at you like youre insane for going inside the bank.
