I went last week to make debit card for my son 2 times in one day they don’t have costumers and nobody want do any thing I’m stay more than 2 hours with nothing It’s very bad stuff
Abysmal customer service. If you go in during posted branch hours they will tell you they wont help you open an account because they have appointments. All while a lady stands with an iPad, not helping customers but turning them away. And if you call to make an appointment, no one answers. Its pretty comical.
I went in on Saturday with my fiance, we requested to open checking and savings accounts. I was informed accounts are opened by appointment Monday through Friday. Helman Garcia stepped in and opened our accounts. He stated he had a meeting scheduled for that day that never materialized. So, he took that time to provide exceptional customer service for walk in customers. My fiance and I opened an account to save for our wedding next year.
