Ignored to the point of rudeness by staff. Especially the fake blond manager with her “clicky clacky look at me heals”. Reminded me of an DI No greetings to me. I heard “Welcome to Chase Bank” directed to several other customers.
I was impressed with this branch. Felt helped from the second I walked in from Tony. He set me up with Brent. Brent made me feel at ease, with little judgements despite my circumstance. Within minutes I walked out better than when I came in. Kudos to customer service and knowledge like Tony and Brent.
There is a man here named Tony Vang, who is a very respectful person and serves you in an excellent and satisfying way. Thank you, Tony and Chase Share out tony vang!
